IN ORDER to schedule a meeting for the CASD CENTRAL OFFICE: Conference Room, either during the school day or after school hours, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW in its entirety.
PLEASE NOTE that all sporting events should be scheduled thru the CASD Athletic Office at 814-765-2401. Any requests for food items (i.e. coffee, refreshments, sandwiches, etc.) should be directly to the Food Service Department at 814-765-2401. Thank you!
