PENNSYLVANIA'S RIGHT-TO-KNOW LAW
The Right-to-Know Law is Pennsylvania's open records law which permits requesters the right to inspect and duplicate certain records of government agencies. On February 14, 2008, Governor Rendell completely revamped the Right-to-Know Law which applies to all requests made on or after January 1, 2009.
