Clearfield Elementary Student Medication Pick-Up Announcement:
We are asking all parents of students who have medication left in the Clearfield Elementary Nurse’s Office to pick it up on Monday, May 4th between the hours of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, parents will be required to ring the door buzzer, state their name, state their child’s name and the medication will be brought out. Parents picking up medication will also have an opportunity to pick up their child’s desk & locker belongings at that time.
