Wednesday night, ten Public Speaking students\r\nentered the local Rotary 4 Way Test Speech Competition.
\r\nThree\r\nstudents were awarded cash prizes today from Clearfield Rotary for their\r\noutstanding performances. Those students are Alayna Winters 3rd place, Chelsea\r\nRadaker 2nd place, and Addy Ruiz\r\n1st place.
\r\nAddy will move on to compete in the Regional\r\nCompetition. The competition will be held in State College on April 29th.\r\n
