Elementary Student Assistance Program

Students can be referred to the Elementary Student Assistance Program (ESAP) for any academic, behavioral, or general concerns. Referrals can be made by parents/guardians, school personnel, peers, or himself/herself. The ESAP team is comprised of specially trained teachers, administrators, school counselors, and a mental health and/or drug and alcohol consultant. Our goal is to work with you and to offer support and recommendations for your student. If you have any questions about the ESAP process, please contact Mr. Bingaman in the Elementary Guidance Office. 814-765-5511 Ext. 1530 jbingaman@clearfield.org

Please find the ESAP form in the documents section of our homepage in the "Student Information" folder or at the link below for online submission!
