KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION AT CLEARFIELD AREA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IS NOW OPEN.
ENROLL NOW FOR KINDERGARTEN 2021/2022!
Attention Parents:
PLEASE register NOW on-line via our district website @ www.clearfield.org
for the upcoming 2021/2022 school year.
The enrollment window will be open on-line NOW, through March 31, 2021
(On the main page, WWW.CLEARFIELD.ORG, click on GENERAL INFO; next, click REGISTRAR INFO; next, click on the link for 2021/2022 INCOMING KINDERGARTNERS; next screen, click on “Create A New Account” and then follow the step-by-step directions and be sure to click SUBMIT on final registration page.)
Please submit the required documentation listed below within seven days of registering, so that everything may be finalized and registration is not delayed. Please send via email to: czortman@clearfield.org or fax to 814-765-1446.
(If you are having difficulty obtaining the required forms, please contact the elementary school registrar immediately at the number below. You should still register AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, but we MUST have the required documents prior to the first day of school)
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunizations (Shot record)
- Completed health history (available via online registration @ the link listed above)
- Proof of Residence
(If you do not have a copy of your child’s up-to-date immunizations,
PLEASE have your child’s physician’s office fax it to us at 814-765-1446.)
(Anything with Parent/s name and address on it: Driver’s license, utility bill, etc.)
Your child MUST be age 5 before 09/01/2021, to begin school in the Fall (No Exceptions)
If you do NOT have the means to register on-line from home on your computer or smartphone, please contact the number below as soon as possible to schedule an appointment to do so over the phone with our elementary registrar.
