KINDERGARTEN SCREENING:
Reminder: Kindergarten screening for all incoming Kindergarten students is Mon-Weds July 23-25 and Monday Aug.6. If your child is registered for kindergarten you should have received a letter stating the date and time of your child’s screening.
**IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY GIVEN A COPY OF YOUR CHILD’S IMMUNIZATION RECORD AND HEALTH HISTORY FORM TO THE SCHOOL PLEASE DO SO BEFORE MONDAY, JULY 23. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR THE NURSE TO BE PREPARED TO DISCUSS ANY MEDICAL CONCERNS WITH YOU AT SCREENING** All other paper work may be turned in on the day of your child’s screening.
