The regularly scheduled school board meeting on August 15th will also be a special voting meeting to approve new hires for the 22-23 school year.

The Board of School Directors approved the Superintendent's rating for the 21-22 as satisfactory.

The Clearfield Varsity Softball Team will play Franklin High School in the first round of the PIAA State playoffs on Monday June 6th @ 5:00 pm at Heindl Field in Dubois.

Due to the projected weather, the 2022 Commencement Ceremony is postponed until tomorrow June 3rd at 7pm. It will be held outside at Bison Stadium, all families and community members are invited to attend.

Graduation is scheduled for Thursday June 2nd at 7pm. In the event that weather would make a change to this date, a decision will be sent out by the school district by noon on June 2nd.

Notice is given that the Proposed Final Budget for the General Fund of the Clearfield Area School District for the 2022-2023 fiscal year in its most recent form is available for public inspection at the District Administrative Office, 2831 Washington Avenue, Clearfield PA, and will be presented for adoption as a Final Budget at the school board meeting held in the Jr./Sr. High School Library on 6/20/2022 at 6pm. The budget may be amended before final adoption.

Reminder: There will be a one hour early dismissal on the last day of school, June 2nd.

Bus 111, 114, and 116 E will all be running 30-45 minutes late, could be longer due to an accident by Golden Rod.

The Clearfield Area School District will be holding a budget work session on May 10th at 6:00PM in the Elementary School Library.

The School Board meeting for April 18th is canceled due to the Easter holiday. There will be a combined Board meeting on April 25th in the Jr./Sr. High School Library.

The Board Meeting scheduled for 1/17 has been cancelled due to weather. The Clearfield Area School Board will hold a combined Board meeting on 1/24.

IMPORTANT: The Jr./Sr. High School Campus will be closed on Friday August 20th from 11am-4pm for an active shooter and other emergency trainings. Please do not try to enter the campus through any entrance.

Jr./Sr. High School students who purchased a yearbook can pick it up on Tuesday the 17th or Wednesday the 18th from 8-12 or 1-3pm. Please enter the high school by the Bison gym and come to the front commons. The oval will be under minor construction.
