Ht/Wt./BMI measurements for all students with letters to parent.
Vision Screenings on all students
Hearing Screenings for kindergarten, first, second, third, seventh, eleventh, and Life Skills classes
Physical Exams for kindergarten, 6th grade, and eleventh grade students
Dental Exams for kindergarten, 3rd, and 7th grade students
Physical and Dental Exams:If you choose to take your child to his/her private physician or dentist instead of your child participating in the free school screening, please download the physical or dental forms on the link below and have them completed by your child’s physician.
